Thanks for purchasing our products at GlossyPiecezGalore. We offer a full money back guarantee or exchange on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. If you are unhappy with your purchase  and or unhappy due to damage or missing parts,  after reviewing item once it's returned a email will be sent back to you approving or refusing return. Our return policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange item purchased online. To be eligible for a refund or exchange all purchases must be packed in original packaging that it was shipped in. After the 14th day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once you're returned item is received and inspected we will send you the email to notify you that we have received your return purchase. Once request is approved your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days including shipping charges. If you haven't received a refund yet,  first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company,  it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.
